Program Manager Job

This is a key role responsible for leading the development and management of property projects across Sydney Water's portfolio.

  • Maintain overall control over all aspects of property-related projects, ensuring timely completion and effective resource allocation.
  • Develop detailed project plans that outline clear objectives, timelines, risks, costs, and deliverables to meet business requirements.
  • Monitor progress, track KPIs, and conduct post-project reviews to identify areas for improvement and share outcomes with stakeholders.
  • Manage quality, safety, environmental, and industrial relations plans while optimizing resources across multiple projects.

Key Requirements:

  • Degree in property, engineering, or a related field, and membership of a professional body such as Engineers Australia.
  • At least 10 years of experience working in design, construction, and/or project management.
  • Proven track record of managing multi-disciplinary infrastructure projects and various commercial arrangements.
