Property Management Opportunity

The role of Senior Property Manager is a critical position within our Real Estate Management Services team.

Our goal is to deliver exceptional results for our clients by providing an integrated solution that connects leasing, marketing, centre management and facilities management in a seamless manner.

The successful candidate will be responsible for effectively managing and maximising the performance of a boutique portfolio of Commercial & Industrial assets on behalf of our client.

  • Oversight of presentation, maintenance and compliance of the portfolio
  • Establishing and maintaining close relationships with the client and tenants of the assets
  • Assistance with the leasing of the portfolio, achieving and maintaining a zero-vacancy level
  • Preparation of related contracts, reports, budgets, reconciliations, correspondence and documentation
  • Proactive management of income and expenditure, as well as financial reporting requirements for the client
  • Supervision of tenancy fit outs to ensure consistency and compliance with building objectives
  • Communication with the client and all tenants, providing timely relevant and professional advice in all aspects of property management
  • Management of a full-time Administration Manager
Requirements
  • 8 + years' experience in Commercial & / or Industrial property management
  • NSW Real Estate Certificate or Licence
  • Strong working knowledge of building services and real estate market activities, developments and trends
  • Strong Excel skills
  • Previous use of MRI management system (or similar)
  • Strong organisational and negotiation skills
  • Ability to build and foster key relationships
  • Strong attention to detail
