Senior Property Management Opportunity

We are seeking a seasoned Senior Property Manager to oversee the presentation, maintenance, and compliance of a boutique portfolio of commercial & industrial assets.

  • Manage the presentation, maintenance, and compliance of commercial & industrial assets.
  • Build strong relationships with clients and tenants.
  • Assist clients with leasing their portfolios and achieving zero-vacancy levels.
  • Prepare contracts, reports, budgets, reconciliations, correspondence, and documentation.
  • Proactively manage income and expenditure and financial reporting requirements.
  • Supervise tenancy fit-outs and ensure consistency and compliance.
Requirements:
  • 8+ years' experience in commercial &/or industrial property management, including a thorough understanding of leasing practices, legislation, procedures, and terminology.
  • NW Real Estate Certificate or Licence.
  • Strong knowledge of building services and real estate market activities, developments, and trends.
  • Strong Excel skills.
  • Previous use of MRI management system highly regarded.
  • Strong organisational and negotiation skills.
  • Ability to build and foster key relationships and desire to work in a team-orientated environment.
  • Strong attention to detail.
