About the RoleWe are seeking a highly motivated and reliable Theatre Booking Officer to join our team. As a key member of our theatre booking team, you will be responsible for effective management of patient Private Elective Surgery Bookings and Theatre Lists. This role requires excellent communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work efficiently under pressure.
The ideal candidate will possess:
- Exceptional customer service skills, responding to patients and stakeholders in a timely and courteous manner.
- Operational efficiency, providing accurate and timely data entry.
- Well-developed oral and written communication skills.
- Time management and multi-tasking skills, prioritizing tasks effectively.
- Sound understanding of medical terminology.
- High standard of computer literacy.
- Experience using WebPAS and knowledge of E-Admissions & E-Referrals.
- Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team, promoting a positive culture and supporting colleagues.
