Job Description

As a Senior Designer, you will play a key role in driving the success of our footwear business. You will be responsible for forecasting trends and colour palettes, communicating direction to stakeholders, and presenting trend forecasts with supporting research.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Trend Forecasting: Identify and interpret global trends to create value through design and sales.
  • Communication: Clearly communicate forecast directions to stakeholders and direct reports.
  • Presentation Skills: Present trend forecasts with supporting research to ensure informed decision-making.
Requirements
  • Tertiary Qualification in Fashion Design or related field.
  • 5+ years of designing experience in fast-paced retail environments or suppliers.
  • Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator) and CAD; advanced use of GBSS, Office suite.
  • Fabric, materials, and construction knowledge.
  • Ability to create technical specification drawings.
  • Print types and limitations knowledge.
