Footwear Buyer Role

We are seeking an accomplished Footwear Buyer to join our team, responsible for defining and delivering the footwear category strategy. This role involves building on-trend, value-led assortments that excite customers and drive strong commercial outcomes.

The successful candidate will have a proven track record of buying in footwear within a fast-paced retail or eCommerce environment, with strong analytical skills and confidence in trading dashboards, forecasting, and performance metrics.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Define and deliver the footwear category strategy to achieve sales, margin, and growth targets.
  • Build on-trend, value-led assortments that excite customers and deliver strong commercial outcomes.
  • Negotiate with suppliers to secure best-in-class pricing, margin, exclusivity, and agility.
Requirements:
  • Proven experience buying in footwear within a fast-paced retail or eCommerce environment.
  • Strong analytical skills with confidence in trading dashboards, forecasting, and performance metrics.
  • A track record of scaling assortments while protecting margin and managing tight inventory.
  • Sharp negotiation skills and supplier management experience, including global sourcing.
