What you'll be doing
- Analyse global market, retail and cultural trends to predict what's next in fashion, colour, print and silhouette
- Build compelling trend forecasts, mood boards and directional reports to inspire design, buying and marketing teams
- Partner across the business to ensure collections resonate with the target customer and align with brand strategy
- Spot emerging trends early through global runway, retail, street style and digital analysis
- Translate complex market insights into clear, actionable briefs for design and buying teams
- Create seasonal colour palettes, print and fabric direction to guide development
- Present compelling trend stories to senior stakeholders, influencing future range strategy
- Collaborate with marketing to ensure campaigns and content align with upcoming trends
- Build strong relationships with suppliers and industry networks to stay ahead of shifts
- Drive innovation by proposing new categories, fits or styles that anticipate customer needs
