Job OverviewAs a Senior Designer Women's Footwear, you will collaborate with stakeholders to craft and deliver customer-centric product ranges.
You will identify and implement global and market trends to drive sales through well-designed products, communicated effectively and presented with high standards.
- Trend forecasting: Identify and implement trends and colour palettes using global trend and market research.
- Ranging: Collaborate with the merchandise team to create commercial, customer-focused, coordinated product ranges.
- Product Development: Create desirable and affordable products that align with our brand's handwriting, unique to the external market.
To be successful in this role, you'll have:
An experienced, commercially-minded, and customer-focused Senior Designer with an open, curious, and solution mindset.
A tertiary qualification in Fashion Design, Graphic Design, Industrial Design, Textiles, or Footwear and Accessories Design.
5+ years of designing experience in a fast-paced, large-volume retail environment or supplier.
Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite, including Photoshop and Illustrator, as well as CAD software such as GBSS and Cebtric.
