Job Details

This is a scientific role that requires working in a dynamic environment. As a Medical Laboratory Scientist, you will be part of a team responsible for delivering operational laboratory activities and ensuring quality management and compliance with standards.

The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor's or higher degree in Science or equivalent with relevant pathology subjects. They should also possess strong interpersonal, communication, report writing, and data analysis skills.

This position requires experience with pathology services, Laboratory Information Systems, Patient Systems, Quality Control Systems, and Microsoft Office. The ability to manage priorities efficiently and work both independently and in teams is essential.

About the Opportunity

This is a Category A position requiring compliance with NSW Health policies on occupational assessment, screening, vaccination, and COVID-19 vaccination requirements. Evidence of vaccination must be provided at own cost before appointment.
