- Calendar management
- Manage all meetings including minute taking & meeting material
- Coordinate day-to-day activities to ensure an efficient work schedule
- Expense management
- General IT support
- Ad-hoc administrative duties
- Assist with internal and external events as required

**Skills and experience needed:**

- EA experience or similar
- Strong administrative experience
- Real Estate or Property background is an advantage
- MS Office Skills
- Exceptional written & verbal communication skills
- Outgoing & career-driven individual
- Ability to build trust & relationships
- Autonomous & efficient worker
