Role Overview

This role involves planning and coordinating maintenance activities to ensure the efficient delivery of assets. The successful candidate will work closely with internal teams and external providers to drive compliance, optimize processes, and support long-term asset reliability.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop short to medium-term maintenance plans in collaboration with stakeholders
  • Ensure maintenance schedules are completed with high compliance levels
  • Manage the purchasing, storage, and replenishment of materials and inventory
  • Partner with teams and repair providers to maintain a single aligned maintenance plan
  • Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance asset reliability and availability
Required Skills
  • Proven experience in maintenance planning and coordination
  • Strong technical knowledge and analytical skills
  • Collaborative approach and effective communication skills
  • Proficiency in Maintenance Systems, Excel, and SAP
