As a National Facilities Manager at CBRE, you will oversee the operations of a large format retail portfolio, ensuring safe, efficient, and cost-effective delivery of services. Your key responsibilities will include developing and implementing industry best practices, supporting the delivery of Strategic Asset Plans, and overseeing capital and project delivery.

**Key Performance Indicators:**

• Drive portfolio performance through regular reviews and action plans.

• Support the delivery of Strategic Asset Plans, focusing on innovation, technical services excellence, and operational efficiency.

• Oversee capital and project delivery, ensuring projects are completed within agreed timelines.

• Drive sustainability initiatives across the portfolio.

• Embed building compliance and safety, environmental awareness, and key procurement and contractor management priorities.

**Requirements:**

• Extensive FM experience within a retail environment, coupled with a relevant tertiary qualification.

• Superior knowledge of Operational and Facilities Management compliance requirements in various states across Australia.

• Demonstrated ability to lead and influence a remote team, initiating change and resolving performance issues.

• Sound financial acumen and stakeholder management skills.

• Strong organisational and problem-solving skills with the ability to deliver results effectively.
