Our Mission:
The Claims Consultant plays a pivotal role in the proactive management of a portfolio of life insurance claims, ensuring seamless alignment with industry standards and legislative requirements.
Responsibilities:
- Deliver exceptional customer experience through regular communication on claim status and expectation management.
- Ensure compliance with policies, procedures, and guidelines, guaranteeing claims management adheres to industry best practices.
- Maintain accurate and compliant work, aligning interactions with customers, advisers, and stakeholders to our Customer Service Culture.
- Contribute to process improvement initiatives and participate in department projects as required.
- Stay abreast of life insurance guidelines, processes, and policy changes to ensure claims handling reflects industry best practice.
