Claims Assessor Job Description">

Our business is seeking a skilled Claims Assessor to manage a portfolio of Total and Permanent Disability (TPD) and Income Protection (IP) claims. The successful candidate will provide exceptional customer service, assess and manage claims within set authority limits, and contribute to the efficient operation of the claims team.

  • Manage a portfolio of Life Claims, providing a personal and empathetic service to customers
  • Assist the claims team with workflow management and system testing as required
  • Contribute to claims process improvement and assist with data for claims reporting
  • Provide general customer service enquiries and respond to claimant queries
