Job Title:

Our organization seeks an experienced Cost Control Specialist to lead cost estimating, analysis, and control activities for projects with complex requirements. The successful candidate will work closely with stakeholders to develop project requirements for cost control, review cost trends, and prepare accurate cost reports.

  • Perform complex cost estimating, analysis, and control activities
  • Develop and implement cost monitoring and control standards, techniques, systems, and reports
  • Verify consistency of cost reports to ensure accuracy and compatibility
  • Support preparation of project budgets in accordance with established standards and procedures
  • Investigate requirements for estimating and/or cost control data
Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead cost estimating, analysis, and control activities
  • Coordinate implementation of cost monitoring and control standards, techniques, systems, and reports
  • Develop and implement cost control plans
  • Verify accuracy and compatibility of cost reports
  • Support preparation of project budgets
  • Investigate requirements for estimating and/or cost control data
  • Collect and classify cost data
  • Perform budget allocation and reporting/cost control regime for specific construction discipline or group of disciplines
Qualifications:

A bachelor's degree (or international equivalent) and 2-5 years of relevant experience or 6-9 years of relevant work experience are required for this role.
