About the Role

We're seeking a skilled Contingent Workforce Specialist to join our procurement team at Atlassian. As a key member of our global procurement team, you'll play a crucial role in ensuring our contingent worker program operates efficiently, is compliant, and provides a high-quality business experience.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage the operations of the contingent worker program, ensuring efficiency throughout the non-FTE life-cycle.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional partners to develop solutions and address issues related to the CW program.
  • Provide support to hiring managers on CW guidelines and procedures, ensuring a seamless user experience.
  • Monitor new resource requests, supplier communications, and requisitions.
  • Act as the first escalation point for CW program support and issue resolution.
  • Monitor program-level data indicators and Service Level Agreements.
  • Manage supplier relationships, including SOW contract compliance, delivery, issues, and risks.
  • Implement efficiency and transformation projects to improve the CW program.

Requirements

  • 3+ years of experience in contingent workforce-related roles.
  • Detailed end-to-end understanding of procurement and contingent worker processes.
  • Experience writing project summaries and process pages.
  • History of collaborating well with partners to develop a culture of getting to 'yes'.
  • Success with iterating to an outcome.
  • Passion for understanding Atlassian's products, customers, culture, and business models.
  • Experience translating customer needs into improvement projects.
