About the Role

We're seeking a skilled Contingent Workforce Specialist to join our procurement team at Atlassian. As a key member of our global procurement team, you'll play a crucial role in ensuring the efficient operation of our contingent worker program.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage the operations of the contingent worker program, ensuring efficiency throughout the non-FTE life-cycle
  • Collaborate with cross-functional partners on CW projects, solutions, and issues
  • Provide support for hiring managers concerning CW guidelines and procedures
  • Monitor new resource requests, supplier communications, and requisitions
  • Act as the first escalation point for CW program support and issue resolution
  • Monitor program-level data indicators and Service level agreements
  • Manage supplier relationships, SOW contract compliance, delivery, issues, and risks
  • Implement efficiency and transformation projects

About You

We're looking for a candidate with 3+ years of experience in contingent workforce-related roles, a detailed understanding of procurement and contingent worker processes, and excellent collaboration skills. If you're passionate about understanding Atlassian's products, customers, culture, and business models, and have a history of iterating to an outcome, we'd love to hear from you.
