About the Role

The Senior Regional Marketing Leader is responsible for developing, planning and executing field marketing activities in the ANZ region. This key member of the APJ Marketing team will support the ANZ Sales and Business Development teams with lead generating activities and campaigns that focus on identified target accounts, key industries and regional growth opportunities.

This role reports to the Senior Director, Marketing APJ and requires close collaboration with the ANZ Sales leadership team and other cross-functional teams to build and communicate marketing field programs. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of developing and executing inbound and outbound demand generation programs, as well as experience with sales and marketing operations, including dashboard reporting and key campaign metrics.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute regional marketing plans in line with sales team and corporate marketing performance targets and objectives.
  • Manage regional budget, marketing campaigns and event execution within the ANZ region to build net new prospects and pipeline, as well as accelerate current pipeline.
  • Create diversified demand generation programs which target net new prospects as well as existing customers with strong pre- and post-program engagement plans.
  • Maintain daily interaction with the ANZ field sales and engineering teams to build and communicate marketing field programs.
  • Deliver strong campaign and event ROI via sales pipeline acceleration and new lead capture against time and budget targets and key internal metrics.

Requirements:

  • 5+ years of experience in field marketing and/or demand generation roles.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Data-driven, creative critical thinker with strong communication, time management, organization and planning skills.
  • Demonstrated knowledge of developing and executing inbound and outbound demand generation programs.
  • Strong familiarity with sales and marketing operations, including dashboard reporting and key campaign metrics.
