Drive Fleet Sales Growth and Success

We are seeking a motivated Business Development Manager to join our Subaru Fleet and Corporate team based in Artarmon, NSW.

In this role, you will play a key part in driving fleet sales growth, expanding our customer base, and maximising profitability within the Subaru portfolio.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Consistently achieve or exceed monthly sales volume targets for fleet and corporate sales
  • Meet or surpass Gross Profit Per Unit (GPU) targets
  • Identify, prospect, and secure new fleet customers to grow market share
  • Participate in tenders and pricing negotiations to secure business
  • Use market insights, product knowledge, and competitor analysis to promote Subaru's unique value proposition
  • Cross-sell and capitalise on opportunities within the Subaru product range

Experience & Skills Required:

  • Proven experience in fleet sales is essential
  • Demonstrated success driving growth in a national fleet sales role
  • Consistent track record of meeting or exceeding vehicle sales targets
  • Experience managing medium business, corporate partnerships, government accounts, and fleet leasing relationships
  • Skilled in tender participation and pricing strategies
  • Strong relationship-building skills with the ability to engage senior stakeholders, fleet leasing/management providers, government agencies, and rental car companies
