Regional Strategic Operations Manager

Job Overview
">The Regional General Manager role encompasses strategic leadership and operational management within a designated region. Key responsibilities include providing guidance on regional development, overseeing the delivery of Community Correctional Services (CCS) across various locations, and collaborating with regional courts and prisons.
Key Responsibilities:
">- Travel to and manage day-to-day operations within the assigned region.
- Direct line management of Managers across court, parole, post-sentence, and community work streams, including other specialist positions.
- Lead others through the strategic planning process, ensuring cohesive regional outcomes.
- Develop and deliver sustainable solutions in collaboration with government agencies at senior levels.
Requirements:
">- Demonstrated expertise in contemporary best practices in offender management within CCS, coupled with thorough knowledge and understanding of the criminal justice system.
- Expert understanding of and experience in risk management and therapeutic work with high-risk individuals.
- Proven track record of leading cross-functional operations, determining service delivery resource allocation, and driving strategic growth.
