Regional Operations Manager

You will assume a leadership position in overseeing the strategic execution of regional business plans, focusing on improving operational efficiency and service quality. This role requires strong management skills, with experience in leading teams to achieve high performance and meet key performance indicators.

  • Develop and execute regional business strategies to drive growth and service delivery excellence.
  • Lead and manage cross-functional teams to ensure seamless operation across multiple regions.
  • Provide guidance and support to Area Managers and their teams to enhance service delivery and improve performance metrics.
  • Identify areas for process improvement and implement changes to optimize efficiency and productivity.
Requirements
  • Proven track record as a senior leader or manager in employment services, human services, or a related field.
  • Experience in managing large teams or multiple regions, with a strong focus on people leadership and coaching.
  • Strategic thinker with the ability to develop and implement complex business plans.
  • Deep understanding of disability inclusion, social impact, and employment sector reforms.
  • Commercial acumen, with experience using data-driven insights to inform decision-making and drive growth.
  • Strong relationship management skills, with the ability to influence and negotiate at senior levels.
