- Lead a team of professionals, overseeing daily operations, managing budgets, controlling debt, and approving payments/timesheets to meet business targets.
- Collaborate with Quality Advisors to ensure that National Quality Standards are met or exceeded.
- Monitor financial performance, manage budgets, control overdue debt, and approve payments/timesheets to meet business targets.
- Ensure compliance with Work Health and Safety policies and escalate/report serious incidents promptly.
- Drive occupancy growth, workforce management, and employee development including recruitment, training, performance, and retention.
To be successful in this role, you will require:
">- Proven experience as an Area Manager in early childhood education, with multi-site management essential.
- Diploma in Business, Children's Services, or equivalent qualification.
- Solid understanding of the Early Years Learning Framework and National Quality Framework.
- Strong leadership, budgeting, and time management skills, with attention to detail.
- Valid Working with Children Check and current Driver's Licence.
- A proactive, team-oriented attitude.
