- 3-5 years of experience in healthcare technology or software as a service (SaaS) sales.
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets in a B2B SaaS environment.
- Understanding of the Australian healthcare system and experience selling to hospitals, aged care providers, and government health agencies.
- Strong ability to translate technical features into real business value.
- Excellent negotiation, communication, and relationship management skills.
