About the Role

We are seeking a Transformation Manager to join our client's Melbourne office, working on a high-profile Risk & Compliance project.

Job Description

This role supports the development, build and rollout of compliance and risk training specific to our client's Australian business and sits in the Compliance function, reporting into the Chief Compliance Officer.

  • Lead working groups in defining, documenting and delivery business impacts across all phases of change deliverables
  • Proven influencing and persuasion skills to successfully implement change, and influence decision making with key stakeholders in a diverse and matrix operating environment
  • Working with Senior Management in strategic change scope for implementation
  • Present at Steering Committee and meetings on change activities
  • Process improvement implementation, with problem-solving and business analysis skills
  • Excellent interpersonal skills with ability to influence and negotiate with stakeholders
Requirements

Key requirements include:

  • Proven relationship building and management skills
  • Critical thinking and problem-solving skills
  • Program/Project/Change Management Skills
  • Knowledge of the Asset Management industry
  • Proven relevant experience with regulatory change, managing projects or leading large initiatives within a large, global organisation, preferably Financial Services
  • Demonstrated leadership in regulatory evaluation, execution and compliance at a global asset management firm
  • Experience in working in the banking sector (and ideally risk or compliance) highly desirable
