$120,000 - $150,000 per annum

Job Description:

We are seeking an experienced Business Transformation Manager to join our team. As a key member of our organisation, you will be responsible for driving business improvement initiatives and delivering cost optimisation solutions.

You will work closely with multiple teams, including Asset & Operations, Services & Projects, Digital (IT), Finance, and Human Resources, to identify, develop, and manage a pipeline of improvement initiatives.

Your responsibilities will include:

  • Developing and driving specific business transformation initiatives
  • Shaping the strategy and activities of the Business Improvement & Innovation team
  • Identifying improvement opportunities through continuous improvement approaches and financial analyses
  • Managing problem-solving capabilities and guiding others through business changes
  • Promoting technology and systems to reengineer business processes
  • Assisting and elevating people to take on process changes
  • Gathering detailed requirements for process or system improvement activities
  • Supporting cross-functional change management
  • Presenting communication messages to stakeholders
  • Delivering project management of various improvement initiatives
  • Providing analysis and recommendations for transformational change

Required Skills and Qualifications:

We require a tertiary qualification in Engineering, Finance, Business, or a related discipline, alongside extensive experience working in energy, utilities, or a comparable Asset Management industry.

In addition, you should have:

  • Experience working with multiple concurrent activities, general project management, or change management
  • Able to demonstrate consulting or cross-functional engagement experience
  • Skills to influence and lead multiple stakeholders
  • Demonstrable experience in Business Performance Analysis, Reporting, or Analytics
  • Engaging across a large enterprise and effectively communicating with senior stakeholders
  • Proficiency in SAP and Business Intelligence / Data Warehouse, MS Suite (Power BI – strong, Excel, PowerPoint, Visio, Project)
