Expertech is seeking a Digital Transformation Portfolio Manager

We're looking for an experienced PMO professional to join our three-year digital transformation initiative. As a Digital Transformation Portfolio Manager, you will be responsible for guiding a dedicated team of 10, building PMO capability and managing portfolio performance.

About the Role

  • Leadership & Governance: You will design and implement governance frameworks to ensure strategic alignment and effective project oversight. Establish controls that promote accountability and quality throughout the transformation process.
  • Risk Management: Identify, assess, and mitigate risks to safeguard project success. Develop proactive risk management strategies that enhance resilience and support informed decision-making.
  • Stakeholder Engagement: Collaborate with cross-functional teams and senior leaders to advocate for project objectives. Utilize your influencing skills to drive engagement and foster a culture of collaboration and transparency.
  • PMO Capability Building: Develop and enhance PMO processes and methodologies to optimize project delivery. Mentor and empower your team to elevate their skills and contribute to overall portfolio performance.
  • Portfolio Performance Management: Monitor and report on the performance of the digital transformation portfolio, ensuring projects deliver on their intended outcomes. Provide insights and recommendations to guide strategic decision-making.
