About the Role

As a Journey Expert in our Home Loans Portfolio, you'll play a pivotal role in helping customers achieve their dream of owning a home. You'll be responsible for managing the Home Loans business area, ensuring it's effectively governed and aligned with our strategic objectives.

This role requires a strong business analysis skillset, with the ability to define requirements in complex and challenging business environments. You'll work closely with stakeholders to translate high-level goals into detailed plans, business impacts, and change interventions.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Identifying and analyzing impacted business processes, including understanding of as-is and to-be processes
  • Gathering and translating business needs into consumable requirements
  • Engaging with stakeholders throughout the delivery lifecycle, sharing updates, and seeking feedback
  • Ensuring potential and active risks and issues are captured, assessed, managed, and mitigated in a timely manner

To succeed in this role, you'll need:

  • A minimum of 3 years' experience in business analysis or related project delivery experience
  • Exposure to home lending, credit policies, or related financial services domains and systems
  • Detailed knowledge and experience of process mapping/analysis tools and techniques
  • Excellent interpersonal, active listening, and influencing skills
