About the RoleThe Home Loan Servicing Officer is a key role within our Customer Service Operations team, responsible for handling and resolving customer inquiries related to home loan accounts. This includes loading interest margin discounts, processing non-credit critical renewals, payment reversals, redraw, and reconciliation activities.
The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills, strong attention to detail, and a commitment to delivering exceptional customer outcomes. They will also be able to work autonomously and under pressure, with a strong focus on quality and standards.
Key Responsibilities- Handle and resolve customer inquiries related to home loan accounts
