This is an exciting opportunity to join a reputable major bank as a Home and Investment Lending Manager. As a key member of a high-performing branch, you will be responsible for writing residential loan applications and supporting the team with new-to-bank opportunities.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain strong customer relationships, fostering new relationships and driving business growth.
- Contribute to achieving and exceeding sales targets for the branch and district, identifying cross-selling opportunities to deliver growth.
- Perform credit analysis and manage end-to-end home loan applications, providing advice based on individual customer needs.
- Develop a strong referral network for the bank, identifying new business opportunities and driving mortgage sales.
Requirements:
- Demonstrated track record of writing home loan applications and exceeding targets in a similar bank or non-bank environment.
