SAP Fioneer Customer Service Leadership Role

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Customer Service Manager to join our team at SAP Fioneer. This is a critical role that requires strong leadership skills, excellent communication abilities, and a deep understanding of customer needs.
The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction by providing exceptional support and resolving complex issues in a timely manner. They will work closely with customers to understand their business goals and challenges, and develop strategies to address these areas.

Salary: $120,000 - $150,000 per year (dependent on experience)
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide exceptional customer service and support, responding to queries and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers, building trust and understanding through regular communication and feedback
- Work closely with internal teams to ensure seamless delivery of services and support, aligning with customer needs and expectations
- Analyze customer data and feedback to identify trends and areas for improvement, making recommendations for process enhancements and new initiatives
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of industry developments and best practices, applying this expertise to drive customer value and growth
Requirements:
- Proven experience in customer-facing roles, with a strong track record of delivering exceptional service and support
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers and internal stakeholders
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze complex issues and develop effective solutions
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing tasks and managing competing demands to meet deadlines and deliver results
- Knowledge of the financial services industry and its regulatory requirements, with the ability to apply this expertise to drive customer value and growth
