Strategic Partnership Developer

The role of Strategic Partnership Developer is a purpose-driven opportunity that focuses on building meaningful connections with individuals and businesses to provide services to people living with disabilities in Australia.

  • Establish strong relationships with Support Coordinators, LACs, Service Providers, medical professionals, and government contacts.
  • Cultivate B2B partnerships across the NDIS ecosystem to increase Plan Management referrals.
  • Develop and execute state acquisition strategies, meeting quarterly and annual targets.
  • Utilize data insights to identify growth regions and implement local strategies.
  • Represent the organization at networking events and forums.
  • Collaborate with Product, Digital, and Marketing teams to enhance referrer experience and tools.
  • Partner with internal teams and agencies to deliver on growth objectives.
  • Share best practices with other partnership developers and continuously improve team effectiveness.
  • Leverage personal networks and cultivate new partnership opportunities.

You will bring:

  • 5–7-years B2B sales and partnerships experience.
  • Demonstrated Business Development experience in B2B.
  • Proficiency in computer skills, including Outlook, Teams, Word, Excel, and CRMs.
  • Sound planning, organizing, and time management capability.
  • Outstanding negotiation skills, persuasive ability, and excellent communication skills (written and verbal).
