As a National ULD Operations Specialist, you will be responsible for leading the end-to-end operations for our Unit Load Devices (ULDs). This includes asset inventory management, driving optimisation of ULD flows, minimising loss/damage, and controlling associated costs.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Supporting day-to-day operations for all pooled and internal ULD assets
  • Driving positive change by leading the transformation of our ULD operations
  • Fostering a collaborative and high-performing culture within a geographically dispersed team
  • Supporting the negotiation and management of contracts with key suppliers
  • Actively collaborating with stakeholders across the organisation to develop and implement national ULD strategy

Requirements for success in this role include:

  • Experience in asset management, supply chain logistics, or network operations
  • Leadership skills, with the ability to energise large, geographically dispersed teams
  • Strong commercial negotiation skills and experience managing complex business implementations
  • A passion for data and analytics, with the ability to drive results
  • Enthusiasm for making things better, faster, and more cost-efficient
