Melbourne Cargo is seeking a Service Delivery Agent to join the Cargo Clerical Team at our Warehouse. This role is to provide customer service at our Cargo warehouse and will be required to work shift work including early starts, late finishes, nights, weekends and public holidays.

The purpose of the role is to perform airfreight and associated clerical duties as directed in a safe, efficient and productive manner in accordance with dnata Airport Services policies and procedures and within the regulations as set out by statutory bodies.

**Responsibilities**:
Import:

- Processing of customer collections
- Unit Load Device (ULD) documentation processing
- Security compliance
- Ability to learn and use Hermes system
- Processing of empty ULD returns
- Ability to learn and understand ABF & DAFF regulations
- Personal effect phone outs and ability to relay information for collection
- Processing of interline trucking request and adhere to procedures
- Compliance to Airline requirements
- Processing of Domestic cargo transfers
- Processing of Pharma shipments and documentation compliance.

Export:

- Ability to learn and understand security compliance (EACE)
- Processing of export cargo deliveries
- Compliance to Airline requirements and documentation
- ULD document processing
- Acceptance of dangerous goods
- Acceptance of Pharma shipments and documentation compliance
- Data capturing of airwaybills in line with IATA regulations
- Hermes compliance and understanding.

**Essential skills**:

- Current Vic driver's license
- Previous experience in an operational environment where SOP's were in place
- Intermediate computer skills
- Excellent communication skills (verbal and written)
- High level of customer service skills
- Understands the importance of meeting Service Level Agreements (SLA's)
- Excellent team player with a positive and can do attitude
- Works in a safe manner at all times
- Reliable, trustworthy and has the ability to work independently.
