Logistics Coordinator

We are seeking a reliable and skilled Freight Handler to join our team at Melbourne Airport. As a Freight Handler, you will be responsible for operating a counterbalance forklift, loading and unloading freight from trucks and ULDs, and processing inbound and outbound freight.
About the Role:- Operate a counterbalance forklift, with experience highly advantageous but not required
- Load and unload freight from trucks and ULDs into and out of racking
- Process inbound and outbound freight, including sorting, weighing, and scanning of parcels
- Work across all shifts, including Day, Afternoon, and Night shifts
- Develop and maintain a high level of accuracy in processing freight
- Collaborate with colleagues to ensure efficient and safe operations
- Competitive pay rates
- Consistent shifts with opportunities for overtime
- Additional training and guidance
- Reduced rate onsite car parking
- Forklift license and experience operating a counterbalance forklift, highly advantageous
- Experience in receipting and receiving goods, highly desirable
- Ability to work on a rotating roster
