
Building Solutions Sales Executive

We are seeking a seasoned Business Development professional to drive new business and expand our network of builders, architects, and contractors.
Key Responsibilities:- Develop and execute sales strategies to grow long-term partnerships with key stakeholders.
- Manage and nurture key accounts to deliver tailored solutions from material sourcing to full fit-outs.
- Monitor market trends and competitor activity to inform strategic sales decisions.
- Represent the organization professionally at meetings, site visits, and industry events.
- At least 3-5 years of experience in B2B sales or business development within the building, construction, or fit-out sector.
- A strong local network comprising builders, architects, or contractors.
- A proven track record of achieving and exceeding targets.
- Excellent negotiation, presentation, and relationship-building skills.
- A valid driver's license for on-the-road business development activities.
- Career progression with uncapped commission opportunities.
