We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented professional to join our team as an Implementation Specialist. As a key member of our implementation journey, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional client experiences while ensuring seamless execution of advice.

About the Role:

This is an exciting opportunity to work with a fast-growing FinTech company that combines human expertise with innovative technology. Your primary focus will be on owning the implementation process, executing advice, staying compliant, and delighting clients. You will collaborate with Advisers, third-party providers, and internal teams to ensure timely completion of tasks.

Your Key Responsibilities:

  1. Own the implementation journey, ensuring every strategy lands perfectly and clients stay informed.
  2. Execute advice by processing Super and investment switches, rollovers, fee submissions, and insurance changes.
  3. Stay compliant by preparing NOI forms, maintaining spotless records, and meeting all regulatory standards.
  4. Delight clients by acting as the key contact during implementation, sending paperwork for signing, and providing clear updates.
  5. Partner for success by collaborating with Advisers, third-party providers, and internal teams to keep timelines tight.
  6. Audit & improve by running regular portfolio checks and suggesting process enhancements.

Requirements:

  • RG146, Diploma of Financial Planning, or similar (or on the way).
  • 2+ years in advice implementation, superannuation, investments, or related fields.
  • Deep knowledge of super, investments, insurance, and financial-planning workflows.
  • CRM & fintech-tool confidence, plus advanced Excel / Word / Outlook skills.
  • Excellent attention to detail and the aptitude for turning complex steps into simple client language.
  • Able to prioritize, hit deadlines, and thrive in a fast-paced environment.
