Culturally Sensitive Team Leader Role
About The Job- This position involves working with Aboriginal children and families to build capacity and achieve better outcomes.
- The successful candidate will lead complex casework, oversee harm investigations, and support staff in court-related work.
Mentoring and guidance are key components of this role.
Requirements- A Social Work degree or equivalent qualification is required, with a focus on child development, human behaviour, family dynamics, and trauma impacts.
- Valid Police Check and Working with Children's Check are essential for this position.
- Five weeks' annual leave
- Ongoing training and professional development opportunities
- A supportive environment with comprehensive induction and regular supervision
