Senior Educator Role Overview

Our senior educators play a pivotal role in shaping the lives of young children, making a lasting impact while fostering their own career growth.

We are seeking experienced and passionate professionals to lead our teams and deliver exceptional educational programs. As a senior educator, you will have the opportunity to collaborate with centre leadership and educational leaders to observe, inform, and continuously improve teaching practices.

  • Key Responsibilities:
  • Design and implement high-quality educational programs that promote children's physical, emotional, social, and cognitive growth.
  • Work closely with colleagues to plan, implement, and evaluate educational programs that meet the needs of diverse learners.
  • Support the centre leader in implementing policies and procedures, ensuring compliance with relevant laws and regulations.
Requirements

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • A diploma in early childhood education or an approved equivalent.
  • Strong knowledge of the early years learning framework and national quality standards.
  • A current working with children check.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
