Job Title

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Culture and Community Coordinator to join our team. The successful candidate will play a key role in supporting the day-to-day operations of our Culture and Community team.

The role involves providing coordination and planning support to the Director, Culture and Community and the broader team. This includes assisting with system administration, workflow management, data entry, reporting, and analytics.

  • Provide coordination and planning support to the Director, Culture and Community.
  • Support the team with system administration, workflow management, data entry, reporting, and analytics.
  • Assist with recruitment activities including advertising, interview logistics, candidate communications, onboarding, and induction.
  • Maintain data accuracy across payroll and people systems.
  • Support learning program administration, uploading content, setting up events, and tracking attendance.
  • Coordinate organisational learning activities, including training requests, procurement, and invoicing.
Requirements
  • Tertiary qualifications in Human Resources or equivalent relevant experience.
  • Experience supporting a broad range of HR functions including payroll, L&D, and general HR operations administration.
  • Familiarity with HR systems and software highly regarded.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with a collaborative and helpful approach.
  • Excellent organisational and time management skills, with the ability to manage competing priorities.
  • High attention to detail and accuracy, with a commitment to confidentiality.
  • Problem-solving skills and a proactive mindset to identify and implement process improvements.
