
Cultural Programs Specialist

We are looking for a skilled and experienced Program Officer to join our team in the Cultural Strategy and Creative Economy (CSCE) team.
The successful candidate will have a strong background in cultural strategy, creative economy, and program management, with excellent communication and interpersonal skills. They will be responsible for developing and implementing strategic programs and projects, collaborating with internal and external stakeholders, and contributing to the overall success of the CSCE team.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement strategic programs and projects aligned with the CSCE team's goals and objectives
- Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to achieve project outcomes and deliverables
- Conduct research and analysis to inform program development and implementation
- Provide exceptional customer service and support to internal and external stakeholders
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- Tertiary qualification in a relevant field, such as cultural planning, business innovation, or project management
- Demonstrated experience in program management, stakeholder engagement, and community outreach
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to influence and negotiate with diverse stakeholders
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify key issues and opportunities
