About our role:

We are seeking a skilled Human Resources Consultant to provide high-quality consultancy and advisory services to assist in the management of workforce matters. This includes human resource policy, performance management, complaints, industrial compliance, official misconduct, discipline, and Award entitlement information.

In this role, you will work collaboratively with various stakeholders to develop and implement effective HR strategies, manage employee relations, and ensure compliance with relevant laws and regulations.

Key responsibilities will include:

  1. Providing expert advice on HR policies, procedures, and legislation
  2. Developing and implementing training programs to enhance staff skills and knowledge
  3. Maintaining accurate records and reports to support informed decision-making
  4. Collaborating with other departments to achieve organisational goals
  5. Identifying opportunities for process improvements and implementing changes as needed

To succeed in this role, you will require:

A strong background in human resources, with experience in managing workforce matters, including HR policy, performance management, and industrial relations

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with stakeholders at all levels

Highly developed analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret complex data and make informed recommendations

A commitment to ongoing learning and professional development, with a desire to stay up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in HR
