Role Overview
As a People Development Specialist, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the HR landscape of our organization.

- Developing business cases to justify recruitment needs;

- Participating in performance reviews, remuneration audits, and reporting activities;
- Providing expert HR advice and guidance to managers and staff.
