Job Description:

As a Health and Wellbeing Coordinator, you will play a crucial role in delivering engaging social events, conducting group fitness activities, implementing health initiatives, monitoring leisure facilities, conducting health assessments, providing educational seminars, and ensuring communication processes are followed.

This position involves creating holistic approaches to residents' mental and physical wellbeing by recognizing healthy eating, education, exercise, and lifestyle activities.   • Plan and deliver engaging social events
  • Conduct group fitness activities
  • Implement health initiatives
  • Monitor leisure facilities
  • Conduct health assessments
  • Provide educational seminars

The ideal candidate will possess a Certificate IV in Fitness, Diploma of Sport and Recreation or health related degree, with minimum 12 months experience in a similar environment, current first aid and CPR certificates, and a passion for physical and mental health and fitness.

Key requirements include previous experience conducting group fitness activities and classes, strong communication skills, and technical knowledge of gym and recreation facilities.
