The CRM Manager will play a pivotal role in shaping the company's customer relationship strategy. Key responsibilities include:

  • Collaborating with the Head of Online & Digital to define the CRM strategy.
  • Developing and executing customer lifecycle marketing and triggered communication strategies to drive engagement and retention.
  • Managing pre and post-sales flows to optimize all opportunities.
  • Working closely with the Ecommerce manager and digital marketing manager to drive acquisition strategies.
  • Championing a data-driven approach throughout the business to ensure campaign effectiveness.
  • Ongoing management of the CDP to pull segments and insights in order to optimize owned channels.
  • Ongoing development of digital products to ensure best-in-practice features and functionality, including supporting the onboarding of CDP solution.
  • Providing extensive sales and tracking KPIs on a weekly and monthly basis.
  • Embodying the brand philosophy and culture in daily work.

Requirements include:

  • 3-5 years of experience as a CRM manager.
  • Evidence of having delivered strong CRM strategies for another retailer, ideally in a fashion or lifestyle sector.
  • Advanced Excel skills and experience working across different platforms.
  • Experience with CDPs.
  • Ability to manage third parties and agency relationships.
  • Ability to manage system implementation and maintenance.
  • Ability to manage internal processes and main stakeholders where appropriate.
  • Sense of ownership and pride in performance and its impact on the company.
  • Critical thinker and problem-solving skills.
  • Team player.
  • Good time-management skills.
  • Great interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Excellent verbal and written English skills.
