Accounting Senior Manager

Our client is a leading multinational property developer seeking a highly skilled Accounting Senior Manager to join their team.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee comprehensive financial management tasks, including bookkeeping activities, monthly and annual closings, and financial reporting.
  • Guide and review the work of outsourcing contractor staff to ensure compliance with company standards in financial reporting.
  • Prepare and present financial reports to headquarters and regional offices, ensuring transparency and accuracy in financial matters.
  • Ensure compliance with regulatory reporting requirements and uphold the company's commitment to legal and financial transparency.
  • Monitor cashflow activities, manage deposits and withdrawals, and oversee the processing of invoices.
  • Conduct monthly budget controls and prepare financial reports to contribute to the development of annual and midterm financial plans.
  • Coordinate audit processes with outsourcing contractors to ensure efficient audits that comply with industry standards and company policies.
  • Manage bank balances and loans, supporting the development of short and long-term financing plans.
  • Assist in executing and renewing bank loan facilities, aligning financial strategies with long-term goals.
  • Support property investment activities by instructing and collaborating closely with accounting advisors, ensuring robust financial oversight and strategic advice.
  • Facilitate communication with joint venture partners, maintaining strong collaborative relationships and achieving mutual financial goals.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
  • CPA or equivalent qualification preferred.
  • Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in accounting or finance roles.
  • Proficient in financial reporting and auditing processes.
  • Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to collaborate effectively.
  • Proficiency in MS Office Suite; familiarity with ERP systems (SAP preferred).
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a dynamic environment.
