About the Role

Our client is looking for experienced call centre candidates to handle customer inquiries across multiple channels (phone and email) and aim for first-call resolution.

Responsibilities

  • Answer customer inquiries and provide solutions using your knowledge of products, services, and industry legislation.
  • Resolve issues, respond to complaints, and capture feedback.
  • Engage in proactive outreach via outbound campaigns.
  • Complete administrative tasks and support operational efficiency.
  • Maintain customer data, ensure compliance, and meet performance KPIs.
  • Participate in training and contribute to team success.

We Are Looking For

  • Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work independently and in a team.
  • Experience in customer service, conflict resolution, and outbound calls.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
  • A friendly, people-focused attitude and commitment to continuous learning.
