We are seeking a skilled professional to join our team in this exciting opportunity.

As a Service Contract Renewal Specialist, you will utilise your strong knowledge of healthcare alongside commercial and negotiation experience.

Your role will involve working closely with service and sales teams to identify and convert sales opportunities, maintaining exceptional customer relationships and becoming an expert in our Service product portfolio, negotiating sales terms and attending customer review meetings, exceeding territory sales targets and identifying growth opportunities.

You will work collaboratively with our team of passionate Account Managers and Service professionals responsible for selling and servicing Hospital Patient Monitoring systems.

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Proven experience in selling, negotiating and maximising value proposition
  • Tertiary qualifications in a business-related field preferably within the Healthcare Sector
  • Prior contract renewal or contract sales experience
  • Strong attention to detail, time management and ability to thrive in a high volume deadline driven environment
  • Excellent skills in Excel including manipulating large amounts of data and use of pivot tables
