Lead Renewal Expert

We are seeking a highly skilled professional to spearhead our renewal initiatives. The ideal candidate will have 5–7 years of experience in renewals or customer success, preferably in software or SaaS.

Main Responsibilities
  • Oversee initiatives to ensure timely renewal revenue and collaborate closely with account teams.
  • Proactively engage with clients ahead of renewal to forecast and plan.
  • Manage all aspects of the renewal process, including transaction processing and contract execution.
  • Identify upcoming renewals and maintain an accurate forecast for senior leadership.
  • Collaborate with the customer success team to mitigate portfolio risks.
Key Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree or higher in a relevant field.
  • Exceptional organizational skills with attention to detail and data accuracy.
  • Customer-centric mindset with ability to engage customers and address concerns.
  • Strong communication skills to articulate renewal options and collaborate with Account Managers.
  • Ability to handle inquiries, concerns, and pushback with professionalism and tact.
  • Proficiency with CRM systems and maintaining accurate information.
