Key Responsibilities:

  • Creating Connection: Providing companionship, engaging conversation, and emotional support while assisting with personal care needs in the comfort of the client's home.
  • Helping with Travel: Assisting clients with transportation to important appointments, ensuring they stay connected and supported in their healthcare journey.
Requirements:
  • A minimum Certificate III qualification in Aged Care or Individual Support (must have completed aged care components).
  • Experience working with older adults.
  • The ability to follow and implement individual service plans, healthcare, and positive behavior support plans.
  • A valid driver's licence.
