Job Title: Skilled Aged Care Professional

About the Role:

We are seeking a highly skilled and dedicated individual to join our team as an Enrolled Nurse at Vincent Court, a 87-bed facility in Kempsey NSW. As an Enrolled Nurse, you will play a vital role in delivering high-quality care to our residents, promoting a positive experience and ensuring their physical, emotional, and social needs are met.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead the care team and coordinate care in an allocated section of home, ensuring that all aspects of care are carried out in accordance with organizational standards and policies.
  • Assess and allocate care staff, recognizing and escalating any concerns regarding resident well-being in a timely manner.
  • Administer ADL care to residents and maintain accurate documentation as per organizational requirements.
Requirements:
  • Registration with the Australian Health Practitioner Regulation Agency (AHPRA) as an Enrolled Nurse is mandatory.
  • A minimum of one year's experience as an Enrolled Nurse in a residential aged care setting is preferred; however, new entrants will be considered.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to communicate effectively with residents, family members, and other healthcare professionals.
  • NDIS Worker Checks are required (or willing to obtain).
